Clinica Family Health & Wellness in Lafayette, CO, seeks a Program Manager for the East County Behavioral Health Home (BHH) at the Lafayette Clinic to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed behavioral health services to adults, adolescents, and children.

You will provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision, ensure high-quality care, collaborate with community partners, and support professional growth while aligning with our mission.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• 3+ years leading a professional team in community mental health.
• 2+ years of clinical supervision experience.
• Licensed LPC, LCSW, Psy.D, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary clinical team at the Lafayette Clinic.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to staff.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality trauma-informed behavioral health services.
• Collaborate with community partners and committees to strengthen programs.
