Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field is required.
• Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC or Psychologist license in good standing required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience providing clinical services.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred.
• Experience with Fee-for-Service models and aligning team performance with financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality, trauma-informed care.
• Hold staff accountable for service hour expectations, performance metrics, and timely documentation and billing.
• Support staff development through training, mentoring, reflective supervision, and evaluations.
• Conduct performance conversations, offering coaching and constructive feedback.
• Ensure clinical documentation and case management meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Oversee budget management, forecasting, and alignment with targets.
• Coordinate daily operations, staffing, and service delivery to meet community needs.
• Lead innovation in program design and service delivery to strengthen offerings.
