Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC or Psychologist license in good standing required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience providing clinical services.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality, trauma-informed care.
• Hold staff accountable for service hour expectations, performance metrics, and timely documentation and billing.
• Oversee budget management, forecasting, and alignment with targets.
• Lead program design, service delivery innovation, and collaboration with leadership and community partners.
