Job summary

Alternative Wellness Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Behavioral Health Home Program Administrator to lead the BHH adult case management program. This in-person role reports to the Practice Manager and collaborates with a Clinical Coordinator and Program Coordinator to ensure smooth operations.

You will monitor metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and balance referrals to optimize care and efficiency. A small caseload and active community involvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field required.
• Master’s degree preferred; MHRT-C certification required (or Level A/B with plan for full certification).
• Minimum of three years in behavioral health, including supervisory/leadership roles.
• Experience with integrated behavioral health models, care coordination, and client-centered planning.
• Strong administrative skills: scheduling, documentation review, onboarding, cross‑team collaboration.
• Proficiency with EHRs, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual platforms.
• Background checks and valid Maine driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and growth projections for the BHH program.
• Provide direct administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary leadership team.
• Foster a trauma-informed culture and EOS-aligned professional growth.
• Monitor pay-for-performance measures, authorizations, and claims.
• Represent AWS at state meetings and build community partnerships.
