Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with moderate to complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, protect and care for individuals at all times; follow house rules and safety protocols.
• Implement individualized service and behavior support plans and IPPs/IBSPs.
• Maintain health, safety and well-being; manage crisis situations per policies and regulations.
• Support development of person-centered plans; assist with ADLs, personal care and meals.
• Document progress notes, logs, and data in electronic health records; ensure timely reporting.
