Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent required; typically per state guidelines.
• Possession of valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain or hold RBT certification within one year.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet essential physical demands and use assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, protect and care for individuals at all times.
• Follow individualized service and behavior support plans.
• Maintain health, safety and crisis management as per policies.
• Implement plans of protective oversight and IPP/IBSP for individuals.
• Document progress in electronic health records and comply with regulations.
