Buckeye Ranch in Whitehall, Ohio is seeking an Assessment Counselor/Social Worker to join our Same Day Access team. You will assess clients for appropriate level of care, address environmental and family needs, and coordinate with community supports.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients for appropriate level of care and document environmental factors.
• Identify trauma history and adverse experiences affecting current problems.
• Determine risk of abuse or neglect to children.
• Provide non-billable services as needed while coordinating with collaterals.
• Participate in treatment teams and external working groups.
• Use trauma-informed interventions and educate clients and families about health conditions and recovery.
