Job summary

Calo Programs is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to support adolescents and young adults in a trauma-informed residential treatment environment. The role emphasizes relational and experiential therapies, including our canine therapy program, to promote healing from developmental trauma and attachment challenges.

Qualifications

• Fully Licensed: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Provisional Licenses (Supervision Provided): PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW.
• CAQH profile and NPI eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Individual, Family & Group Therapy.
• Manage a personalized caseload of 6–8 clients.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary treatment environment.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Deliver developmentally and culturally competent care.
• Integrate experiential and residential therapies including canine therapy.
