Job summary

CALO Programs is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team serving adolescents and young adults in a trauma-informed residential treatment environment at Lake Ozark, MO. You will provide individual, family and group therapy, maintain a 6-8 client caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed or provisional licensure in Missouri with supervision provided for provisional licenses.
• Experience with residential treatment, trauma work, and adolescent/young adult clients preferred.
• Ability to obtain CAQH profile and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide Individual, Family & Group Therapy in a trauma-informed framework.
• Maintain a 6–8 client caseload with family programming and parent coaching.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans.
• Complete timely clinical documentation to support continuity of care.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care.
• Incorporate experiential therapies, including Adventure Therapy and Animal‑Assisted Therapy.
