Job summary

Calo Programs is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to support adolescents and young adults in a trauma-informed residential treatment environment. The role emphasizes relational, experiential, and evidence-based therapy models, including CASA and canine therapy, with emphasis on family systems work and long‑term impact.

You will manage a 6–8 client caseload, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure timely documentation while delivering developmentally and culturally competent care

Qualifications

• Must hold full or provisional licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) with supervision provided for provisional licenses.
• Experience in residential treatment and trauma-focused services preferred.
• Ability to establish CAQH profile and obtain NPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide Individual, Family & Group Therapy
• Manage a personalized caseload of 6–8 clients
• Work in a multidisciplinary treatment environment with therapists, medical staff, nurses and direct-care teams
• Complete timely clinical documentation to support continuity of care
• Provide developmentally and culturally competent care, using trauma-informed and relational modalities
