Calo Programs is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to support adolescents and young adults (9–21) in a trauma-informed residential setting. You will use relational, experiential therapies and participate in a canine therapy program to build attachment and healing.

The role emphasizes family systems work, attachment treatment, and long-term impact, with a multidisciplinary team and a focus on quality care in a structured environment.

Qualificações

• Licensed mental health professional with full or provisional licensure in required field.
• Experience with residential treatment and trauma work preferred.
• Ability to provide trauma-informed, relational therapy in a youth-focused setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Individual, Family & Group Therapy grounded in trauma-informed care and systemic family therapy.
• Maintain a caseload of 6–8 clients with emphasis on youth and family involvement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement holistic treatment plans.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care.
• Deliver developmentally and culturally competent care tailored to adolescents.
• Incorporate experiential and residential therapies, including canine therapy, into sessions.
