Job summary

Calo Programs is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to support adolescents and young adults (ages 9-21) in a trauma-informed residential setting in Lake Ozark, MO. This on-site role offers a defined caseload and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Fully licensed or provisional licensure is acceptable, with supervision provided for provisional licenses. The position emphasizes relational, experiential therapies and a canine-assisted approach for holistic healing.

Qualifications

• Licensure in psychology-related field required or provisional status with supervision.
• Experience with residential treatment and trauma-focused modalities preferred.
• Ability to establish a CAQH profile and obtain an NPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy grounded in trauma-informed care.
• Manage a personalized caseload of 6–8 clients with family programming.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and direct-care teams on treatment plans.
• Complete timely clinical documentation supporting continuity of care.
• Deliver developmentally and culturally competent care to teens and young adults.
• Incorporate experiential therapies and canine therapy program as appropriate.
