Job summary

Calo Programs is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to support adolescents and young adults (9–21) in a trauma-informed residential setting. The role uses relational, experiential, and CASA approaches, including canine therapy with Golden Retrievers, to heal developmental trauma and attachment challenges.

You will maintain a 6–8 client caseload, work with a multidisciplinary team, and provide developmentally appropriate care in a family-centered framework aimed at long-term positive outcomes for

Qualifications

• Fully Licensed: LPC, LMFT, LCSW
• Provisional Licenses (Supervision Provided): PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW
• CAQH profile required
• NPI registration required
• Passion for teens and young adults
• Residential treatment and trauma work preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide Individual, Family & Group Therapy
• Manage a personalized caseload of 6–8 clients
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary treatment environment
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Deliver developmentally and culturally competent care
• Incorporate experiential and residential therapies
