Job summary

ACCESS seeks an Administrative Program Supervisor for Outreach-Peer Support in Medford, OR. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee intake and screening, and coordinate housing stabilization and resource access for participants.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, staff development, and collaboration with leadership to ensure equitable and high-quality services. Evening and weekend availability may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field; equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a complex, multi-program environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting for program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees to ensure equitable screening and intake processes.
• Approve all intakes and assign cases for peer support services.
• Define, document, and implement program support processes.
• Develop and evaluate initiatives to support housing stabilization and resource access.
• Train staff on trauma-informed practices and evidence-based service delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, spending, and reporting for program metrics.
