Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, seeks a Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist to optimize inventory and support sales growth in the US market. You will collaborate with Trauma Field Sales to deploy strategies, rebalance inventory, and coordinate new product deployments across assigned accounts and locations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, SAP transactions, and cross-functional teamwork with field sales and operations, including up to 25% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s Degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management and/or related experience.
• Experience leading projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deploy strategies with Field Sales to enable sales growth across accounts and territories.
• Coordinate and lead inventory rebalance and return opportunities.
• Coordinate NPI launches and new set deployments to accounts and FSN locations.
• Process transactions in SAP as appropriate.
• Use data insights to drive data-driven decisions with Sales Leadership to achieve optimal inventory levels.
• Support Field Sales Systems that drive end-to-end Sales Process.
• Perform data mining for sales and inventory stakeholders.
• Guide sales teams through process change management where applicable.
• Handle other administrative tasks as required.
