Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Raynham, MA is seeking a Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist to support the Trauma US market. You will help drive sales growth by ensuring the right resources, coordinating inventory actions, and partnering with Field Sales on data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of 1 year business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management.
Experience leading projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deploy strategies with Field Sales to enable growth and balance resources.
Coordinate inventory rebalance and return opportunities.
Coordinate NPI launches and new set deployments to accounts.
Process transactions in SAP.
Use data insights to drive data-driven decisions with Sales Leadership.
Manage support requests from the Field Sales Organization.
Support Field Sales Systems to improve end-to-end processes.
Perform data mining for sales and inventory stakeholders.
Support commercial strategy implementation by guiding sales teams through process changes.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
