Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, is seeking a Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist based in Raynham, MA and West Chester, PA. You will support sales growth by ensuring inventory is balanced and resources are aligned with field needs.

You will analyze data, coordinate with Field Sales, manage NPI launches, and drive process improvements across the Trauma US market. A Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills are required; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management and/or related experience.
• Experience leading and coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and develop partnerships to meet goals.
• Experience presenting to groups and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Deploy strategies with Field Sales to enable growth and balance resources across accounts and territories.
• Coordinate and lead inventory rebalance and return opportunities.
• Coordinate NPI launches and new set deployments to accounts and FSN locations.
• Process transactions in SAP as appropriate.
• Use data and analytics to drive data-driven decisions with Sales Leadership.
• Manage support requests from the Field Sales Organization (FSO).
• Support Field Sales Systems to improve end-to-end sales processes.
• Perform data mining for sales and inventory stakeholders.
• Support Commercial strategy implementation through change management.
• Handle other administrative tasks as required.
