Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist, located in Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA. This role supports the Trauma Hospital Sales Enablement team by driving inventory efficiency, analytics, and strategic initiatives across territories.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of experience in logistics, manufacturing, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and data analytics is expected, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management and/or related experience.
  • Ability to influence and develop partnerships to meet goals.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

  • Deploy strategies with Field Sales to enable sales growth and balance resources.
  • Coordinate inventory rebalance and returns.
  • Coordinate NPI launches and new set deployments.
  • Process transactions in SAP as appropriate.
  • Use data sources and insights to drive data-driven decisions with Sales Leadership.
  • Support Field Sales Systems to drive process efficiencies.
  • Perform data mining for sales and inventory stakeholders.
  • Assist with implementing commercial strategy and process changes.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as required.

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist, located in Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA.

The Trauma Hospital Operations Sales Support team has responsibility to develop and deploy strategies in collaboration with Trauma Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives by ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the Trauma US market. The team supports Trauma Field Sales Management in achieving optimal inventory efficiency.In support of efficient inventory management to support sales growth, this role is responsible for providing analytics and insights to Sales Leadership. The role directly contributes to achieve sales and commercial objectives and has a high level of interaction with the Trauma Field Sales Organization at multiple levels. The role will support projects as assigned.

Responsibilities :
  • Deploy strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to enable sales growth objectives by ensuring appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the assigned accounts and field territories.
  • Coordinate and lead inventory rebalance and return opportunities
  • Coordinate NPI launches and new set deployments to assigned accounts and appropriate FSN locations
  • Process required transactions in SAP, as appropriate
  • Use analytic skills, latest available data sources and insights to drive data-driven decision making with Sales Leadership to achieve optimal inventory levels
  • Manage support requests from the FSO
  • Support Field Sales Systems that drive efficiencies in the end-to-end Sales Process
  • Perform data mining activities and analysis for sales and inventory stakeholders
  • Support Commercial strategy implementation by guiding applicable sales teams through process change management, as appropriate
  • Other administrative tasks as required by the internal team
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 1 year business experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Inventory Management and/or related experience
  • Successful experience with leading and coordination of projects across multiple teams and stakeholders in business or academic environments
  • Ability to influence and develop partnerships which result in meeting departmental goals and objectives
  • Ability to make effective oral and written presentations that result in meeting the departmental goals/objectives
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong general computer skills
  • History of utilizing Excel and Microsoft office applications
  • Domestic travel up to 25%
Preferred:
  • Ability to apply Excel at an advanced level (macros, linking of files) to inventory analysis
  • Experience with using systems to support set requests, reallocation and deployment for New Product Introductions and competitive conversion activities
  • Experience with inventory management strongly preferred
  • Experience with inventory management systems and ERP platforms, particularly SAP and Movemedical.
  • Experience using Tableau, Power BI, AI tools, or similar platforms to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Experience in field sales communication and intera
