Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Trauma Hospital Operations Specialist in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA. You’ll enable sales growth by aligning resources, coordinating inventory rebalance, and supporting SAP-driven transactions with cross-functional teams.

You’ll analyze data, guide process changes, and assist Field Sales in optimizing the trauma US market. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with multiple stakeholders are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year in logistics, operations, sales or inventory management.
• Experience leading projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and partner with others to meet goals.
• Strong oral and written presentation skills; cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Deploy sales support strategies with Field Sales to grow revenue.
• Coordinate inventory rebalance and return opportunities.
• Lead NPI launches and new set deployments to accounts.
• Process SAP transactions and maintain data accuracy.
• Mine data and provide insights to Sales Leadership.
• Support sales teams through process changes and admin tasks.
• Perform end-to-end data analysis for inventory stakeholders.
