Universal Health Services is seeking a Trauma Registrar to compile and maintain trauma data, support data collection, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves data uploads to TDSHS and ACS TQIP, trend analysis, and reporting to the Trauma Program leadership.

The ideal candidate will have trauma registry experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work under pressure while collaborating with the Trauma Service team to improve patient care.

Competenze

• Must have PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications.
• Strong math/statistics capabilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical and trauma terminology.
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure setting.
• Experience in Trauma/EMS Registry and ICD-10 coding.
• Commitment to compliance and Code of Conduct.

Mansioni

• Compile and maintain trauma registry data and concurrent reviews.
• Coordinate data collection processes and assist with regulatory compliance.
• Upload trauma data to TDSHS and TQIP as required.
• Analyze data for validity, trends, and recommendations.
• Generate internal and external reports as mandated by regulators.
• Assist in Trauma Service meetings and quality improvement activities.
