Job summary

Energy Land & Infrastructure, LLC (ELI) is seeking a Utility Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee utility investigations, conflicts, relocations, and agreements for transportation projects. You will liaison between design teams, utility owners, agencies, and construction personnel to keep budgets and schedules on track.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 2–7 years of experience in utility coordination or related infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of transportation project development processes.
  • Experience coordinating with utility companies and public agencies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.
  • Valid driver’s license for site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate utility-related activities for highway, roadway, bridge, transit, and multimodal projects.
  • Act as primary liaison between design teams, utility owners, agencies, and construction personnel.
  • Facilitate utility coordination meetings and document actions and schedules.
  • Review plans to identify potential conflicts and impacts.
  • Develop utility conflict matrices and risk assessments.
  • Support development and permitting activities for projects.
