Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Associate Learning & Development Trainer to deliver classroom, virtual, and yard training focused on safety, compliance, and operational excellence. As part of the Transportation Operations Management team, you will train Transportation Associates (TAs) and support onboarding with hands-on coaching.

The role emphasizes DOT-regulated training, documentation, and continuous education to ensure safety and efficiency across our vast transportation network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for shifts up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized classroom, virtual, and hands-on training following curriculum.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding covering safety, equipment operation, and policies.
• Provide ongoing education programs including safety refreshes and operational updates.
