Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Class A CDL required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand during long shifts.
• 1+ years of verifiable CDL driving in the last 10 years.
• Eligible to drive according to DOT requirements.
• Preferred: 2+ years CDL driver training experience.
• Preferred: experience delivering structured training programs.
• Preferred: knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and record keeping.
• Preferred: ability to communicate technical information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training following established curriculum.
• Conduct comprehensive new hire onboarding covering yard safety, equipment operation, and Amazon policies.
• Provide continuous education programs including safety refreshers and operational updates.
• Maintain accurate training records and track training metrics.
