Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Associate Learning & Development Trainer to support Transportation Operations Management across the US and Canada. The role combines training delivery with hands‑on coaching for Transportation Associates, focusing on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

You will lead classroom, virtual, and yard training sessions, covering ongoing education, safety updates, and DOT regulations while collaborating with site leadership to maintain high standards and safety

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Class A commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• 1+ years of verifiable CDL driving experience in the last 10 years.
• Eligibility to drive per DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized classroom, virtual, and hands‑on training.
• Conduct onboarding covering safety, equipment operation, and policies.
• Provide ongoing safety refreshers and updates.
