Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business; 7+ years in rail transit sales/marketing.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Advanced interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize activities and work well in a team environment.
• Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inside Sales Department day-to-day activities and coach staff.
• Coordinate division bidding with cross-functional teams to prepare proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms and conditions for TSD.
• Create customer sales proposals and documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and demos of products/services.
• Collaborate with Marketing on conferences and website content.
• Support sales plan development and track performance metrics.
• Maintain CRM and sales reporting.
• Uphold professional image across divisions and visitors.
