Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical sales.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.

• Lead Application Engineering Operations and execute CPSD sales strategies.
• Develop and lead teams; provide training and performance reviews.
• Oversee proposal accuracy and documentation consistency with business strategies.
