Job summary

MEPPI's Transportation Systems Division seeks an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead the inside sales staff, develop marketing and sales plans, and contribute to strategic initiatives to meet division bookings and sales goals.

The role requires managing day-to-day activities, bidding, contract negotiations, demand generation, and collaboration with marketing to showcase products, evaluate opportunities, and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business with 7+ years rail transit sales/marketing.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize activities and work in a team.
• Advanced computer skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day inside sales activities and staff development.
• Oversee division bidding processes with cross-functional teams.
