Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities of the Inside Sales Department and lead staff.
• Manage all division bidding activities and coordinate cross-functional teams for compliant, competitive proposals.
• Supervise contract negotiations and negotiate sales contracts.
• Create customer sales proposals and prepare proposal documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, threats, and growth opportunities.
