The role requires coordinating with warehouse and store personnel to ensure timely deliveries, compliance with DOT regulations, and strong leadership and communication throughout the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Route and schedule loads for distribution efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper condition of merchandise.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for delivery timing.
• Assign drivers to loads and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain relations with store management via calls and visits.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Process DOT mileage reports.
• Conduct driver road testing and qualifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
