Qualifications

• Transportation/Dispatch experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to monitor drivers and communicate with customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels of staff.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with DOT rules and warehouse procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch trucks to ensure on-time departures.
• Monitor shipping progress and verify on-time arrivals.
• Break down driver packets and manage customer invoice processing.
• Communicate late delivery updates to customers and teams.
• Re-dispatch drivers to ensure coverage and service levels.
• Dispatch repair services for equipment breakdowns and report incidents.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report policy violations.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
