Job summary

Domino's Transportation Supervisor leads a team of Class A and B drivers in Baton Rouge, overseeing scheduling, routing, and compliance with DOT regulations. Responsible for driver development, budget basics, and safety.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced setting, with oversight of payroll, route analysis, and incident investigations. A CDL-Class A is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college hours preferred.
• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• MS Office, SAP, Samsara, TMS, scanners used daily.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor drivers.
• Monitor driver performance and coach as needed.
• Prepare transportation reports and assist with budgets.
• Schedule weekly driver routes and manage routes.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA, OSHA, and company standards.
• Drive the company vehicle if needed.
