Job summary

Domino's Transportation Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Class A and B drivers, scheduling routes, and ensuring DOT compliance. The role includes coaching, payroll duties when needed, and maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Shift is Sunday through Thursday starting at 6pm, with a $90K base salary plus a 10% company bonus. Candidate must have 2–3 years of supervisory and route scheduling experience, knowledge of FMCSA rules, and proficiency with SAP, Samsara,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 2-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Samsara and TMS.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and people skills.
• Background check every third year on anniversary date.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor drivers.
• Monitor driver performance and coach as needed.
• Complete driver performance reviews.
• Review logs and coach per company standards.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for drivers.
• Maintain FMCSA/OSHA compliance and safe work environment.
• Communicate with drivers, departments and vendors daily.
• Schedule truck maintenance and manage fleet image.
• Handle payroll duties when necessary and review driver payroll.
• Address mis-deliveries and propose avoidance strategies.
• Lead safety/quarterly meetings and participate in leadership trainings.
