Job summary

Domino's Team USA stores seeks a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of Class A/B drivers, schedule routes, and ensure DOT compliance. You will review trip sheets, coach drivers, and oversee safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports a 6 PM – 2 AM shift, five days weekly, with a potential year-end bonus. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, 2–3 years of supervisory and route-scheduling experience, and familiarity with SAP, Samsara, and TMS.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation with emergency cell access.
• Commercial Driver’s License Class A is a plus.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and people skills.
• Must pass a background check every third year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor drivers, recruit and onboard new staff.
• Monitor driver performance and coach when needed.
• Review logs and driver payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate safety meetings and driver training.
• Maintain driver qualification files and route schedules.
• Ensure FMCSA and OSHA compliance across operations.
• Drive as needed for deliveries or yard work.
