Location: 439 Park Loop Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165
Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00AM - 1:00PM with possible overtime. Hours may vary based on business needs.
Travel: 15% visiting domicile sites. Occasional overnight may be required.
Compensation: $70k - $75/k base salary plus bonus potential based on KPIs!!
Position Purpose:
As the Transportation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining compliance with regulations and supervision and training of drivers for the OpCo. You will lead a team of drivers, monitor Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance and fleet performance, and execute strategies to optimize transportation efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of transportation logistics, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
