Core-Mark in Shepherdsville, KY is hiring a Transportation Supervisor for a day shift. Mon-Fri 4:00AM-1:00PM with possible overtime; travel up to 15% to domicile sites; occasional overnight may be required. Base salary $70k-$75k plus bonus potential based on KPIs.

The role leads a driver team, ensures DOT compliance, and optimizes transportation efficiency with strong leadership and logistics expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years transportation experience with DOT regulations and fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Assist Transportation Manager with daily admin, payroll, logs, and DOT compliance.
• Monitor driver safety and vehicle safety practices.
• Track driver licenses, tickets, accidents, and risk data.
• Ensure DOT logs, DVIRs, and driver files are complete.
