Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Lubbock, TX. You will lead a team of drivers and navigators, ensuring safe, efficient outbound distribution while meeting KPI targets.

You will collaborate with the Transportation Operations Manager and DC leadership to optimize routing, compliance, and performance, while upholding Chick-fil-A’s culture of care and excellence. Nights and weekends may be required depending on shift needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with private fleet operations.
• Experience with food service distribution or similar operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of drivers and navigators for outbound distribution tasks.
• Optimize driver/route assignments and ensure DOT compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues with drivers during deliveries.
• Conduct delivery audits to identify operational improvements.
• Lead preparation of trip reports and related documentation.
• Monitor payroll and other cost data for budgeting purposes.
• Collaborate with store Operators to align DC and restaurant operations.
• Deliver high service levels and achieve KPIs.
• Train and develop the team and manage performance.
