Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Lubbock, TX. You will lead a shift of warehouse staff, ensuring safe, efficient operations while meeting KPIs and delivering exceptional service to Chick-fil-A restaurant Operators.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will partner with leaders to drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and develop a strong team in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience in food service distribution or similar operations.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of warehouse staff for receiving, picking, and loading.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Monitor budgets and control expenditures.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Ensure high service levels and KPI achievement with Operators.
