Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead a team of drivers and navigators at the Charlotte distribution center. This role reports to the Transportation Operations Manager and focuses on safe, efficient outbound transportation that meets customer expectations and KPIs, while aligning with CFA Supply's care and safety values.

You will manage shift schedules (4/10s, 7:00pm–6:00am), support weekend/on-call needs, and collaborate with store Operators to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• 5+ years in private fleet ops.
• Experience in food service distribution.
• Ability to supervise and coach teams.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Willingness to be on-call weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team responsible for outbound distribution tasks.
• Build relationships with store Operators to align MDC with operations.
• Achieve KPIs and maintain high service levels.
• Train and develop team members.
• Collaborate with MDC Leadership and partners.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor reports and budgets for outbound transport.
