Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Lubbock, TX distribution center. You will lead a shift of warehouse staff, ensure safe and efficient operations, and drive KPI achievement in collaboration with the site leadership.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will mentor staff, manage workflow, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while upholding Chick-fil-A's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in distribution, manufacturing, transportation or similar supply chain field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food service distribution including warehousing, operations, and performance metrics.
• Strong safety, quality, and regulatory compliance awareness.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, staff, schedule and support a dynamic team for inbound/outbound and inventory control.
• Oversee daytime transportation operation performance and route audits when required.
• Lead process improvement and change management projects.
• Drive safety, quality and compliance as the primary business partner to site leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks and manage budgets.
