Texans Together is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead transportation and supervised visitation services for children, youth, and families. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years' experience in the child welfare field, including PAL/LPS/Foster Care/Conservatorship/Family-Based Services.
• At least three (3) years' supervisory or management experience overseeing staff or units.

Responsabilités

• Provides day-to-day supervision and coaching of transportation staff.
• Manages daily transportation and visitation operations, including requests, assignments, schedules, and coverage.
• Ensures safe, timely, reliable, culturally responsive transportation and visitation services.
• Documents services and communicates safety or well-being concerns promptly.
• Observes staff performance and addresses issues with a solution-focused approach.
• Maintains transportation logs, records, and system entries for accuracy.
• Ensures driver qualifications and vehicle-safety compliance.
• Collects and analyzes program data to support oversight and improvement.
• Develops training and resources to strengthen staff competency and safety.
• Coordinates vehicle maintenance, inspections, and fuel usage.
• Collaborates with families, caregivers, TTG staff, and partners to coordinate services.
• Promotes trauma-informed, family-centered, and hope-centered practices.
