Community Partnership for Children is seeking a Transportation Assistant to support client transport to appointments, schools, and family visits, while safeguarding children in care. The role includes preparing travel logs, reporting incidents, and coordinating with the Transportation Coordinator for scheduling.

The position emphasizes prompt pickups, professional conduct, and accurate record-keeping. Candidates should understand county service areas and be prepared for on-call needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience working with children and families.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Transport clients to and from appointments.
• Ensure client safety during transportation.
• Prepare travel paperwork and submit travel logs for payment.
• Report incidents using the agency procedures.
• Provide timely client pick-up and delivery.
• Inform supervisor of concerns or problems.
• Maintain client records to agency standards.
• Monitor supervised visits and document observations in FSFN.
• Provide on-call support as requested.
