  • Monitors staff and program performance through direct observation, record reviews, performance data, participant feedback, and other quality-assurance activities; addresses identified performance or service-delivery concerns.
  • Collects and analyzes program data and prepares administrative, operational, and performance reports to support program oversight and continuous improvement.
  • Develops and implements training, procedures, tools, and resources that strengthen staff competency, consistency, safety, and hope-centered service delivery.
  • Coordinates vehicle and transportation resources, including maintenance, inspections, insurance documentation, fuel usage, and related operational needs.
  • Collaborates with children, families, caregivers, TTG staff, providers, and community partners to coordinate services, resolve barriers, and support child- and family-centered outcomes.
  • Promotes trauma-informed, culturally responsive, family-centered, and hope-centered practices that preserve client dignity, voice, individual strengths, and confidentiality throughout service delivery.
Required Qualifications
