Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transportation operations and safety of associates.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Manage labor hours and materials within budget.
• Coordinate schedules and training for new and existing staff.
• Oversee asset utilization and drive delivery efficiency improvements.
• Enforce company policies and food safety standards.
• Communicate with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve issues.
• Visit customers to address delivery challenges and opportunities.
