Job summary

You will manage daily delivery operations, train staff, monitor performance, coordinate with warehouse and customer service, and maintain logs while adhering to budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT rules.
• Experience leading transportation teams and coordinating with warehouse and customer service.
• Familiarity with safety programs, training, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work and safety of transportation staff.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulations.
• Manage labor hours and budget for supplies.
• Prepare schedules and training for new associates.
