Job summary

Core-Mark is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Shepherdsville, KY. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of 15–25 associates, and ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while upholding safety and efficiency.

The role offers a competitive base salary and KPI-based bonus potential. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, strong inventory management skills, and knowledge of warehouse procedures and WMS software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping for the shift.
• Leads 15–25 warehouse associates; hires, schedules, trains, coaches, and mentors staff.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Maintains FIFO and stocking procedures for all received stock.
• Upholds safety protocols and ensures health and safety program compliance.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Monitors productivity and suggests improvements to maximize efficiency.
