Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Shepherdsville, KY. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of 15–25 associates, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of warehouse processes, and a focus on continuous improvement to support Core-Mark's distribution network.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a warehouse team.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and FIFO.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities for the shift (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
• Lead and develop a team of 15–25 associates; hire, schedule, train, coach, and mentor staff.
• Ensure accurate order pulling and proper loading of orders on trucks; complete required paperwork.
