Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist to oversee the day-to-day activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers and company equipment in Greer, SC.

The role ensures transportation operations are safe, compliant, and efficient, coordinating pickups and deliveries and maintaining accurate TMS records. You will work with engineering to address capacity needs, monitor driver performance, and communicate with customers and leadership to resolve issues and improve service

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience required.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers, including attendance and routing coordination.
• Monitor DOT and FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
• Track driver performance, on-time pickups/deliveries, and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with engineering to address capacity needs and improve service levels.
• Maintain transportation management system records and generate reports for leadership.
