Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist to oversee day-to-day activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment. This role ensures transportation operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with company policies.

You will coordinate pickups, monitor performance, maintain TMS records, and collaborate with engineering to address capacity needs, while communicating with customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers and equipment.
• Coordinate timely pickups and deliveries; monitor driver performance.
• Ensure DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and safety standards compliance.
• Work with engineering to address capacity needs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain transportation management system records and generate reports.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and leadership.
