Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. seeks a Transportation Specialist to oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment, ensuring safe, efficient operations in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The role coordinates pickups and deliveries, monitors driver and asset performance, and collaborates with engineering to address capacity needs and service issues while supporting operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience required.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and equipment.
• Ensure DOT, FMCSA, OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Monitor driver performance, on-time service, and asset utilization.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries and communicate with customers and leadership.
• Maintain transportation records and support capacity planning with engineering.
