Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to help meet delivery goals and crew performance. You will oversee on-time dispatches, manage labor costs, and monitor product loss and damage while maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.

This role develops daily operating plans, coordinates equipment maintenance and driver schedules, and provides guidance to supervisory and driver staff. Collaboration with human resources ensures appropriate staffing and a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3–4+ years of related experience or HS diploma with 5+ years of experience and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet annual performance goals including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost and product loss.
• Maintain a safe working environment by executing company processes.
• Develop the daily operating plan including equipment maintenance and driver schedules.
• Lead development to supervisory and driver staff and committees (quality and safety).
• Partner with HR to ensure staffing levels for a productive workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position responsibilities:

• The Transportation Supervisor ensures annual performance goals are met, including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost and product loss and damage
• You will ensure a safe working environment by executing company processes successfully
• This role assists in developing the daily operating plan to include equipment maintenance and driver work schedules to meet or exceed our customers’ delivery needs as well as promptly solving problems to the maximum satisfaction of our customers
• The Transportation Supervisor will provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety
• Additionally, you will partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
